Gabon. January 2nd -13th.
The fishing was off the charts. Insane. The is country amazing, the people friendly. I lost count fish – and I mean lost count -after day two. The species available is simply mind blowing and the willingness by the fish to smash lure, bait and fly is quite unique to most anglers who spend hours at the coast with average results.
Gabon is the trip of a lifetime that has to be done as soon as possible before even these pristine waters are plundered which due to strict conservation is unlikely in our lifetimes.
